Km777 Terms and Conditions – Complete Malaysia Gaming Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and km777 ("Platform", "we", "us") operating through the website km777.ng. This Agreement governs all aspects of platform use, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus usage, and participation in all types of games.

It is your responsibility to read, understand, and comply with all terms contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please discontinue use of the KM777 platform immediately.

1 Account Eligibility & Registration

To use km777 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be an individual registering on your own behalf — registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

• You are not prohibited from using online gaming services under the laws of the country or region where you reside.
• Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account ownership by the same individual — whether using different names, addresses, devices, or payment methods — is a serious violation.
• The use of VPNs, proxies, or identity-masking technology during registration or gameplay is prohibited and may result in account termination without prior notice.
• The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Required documents include your MyKad and proof of current address dated within the last 3 months.

2 User Account Responsibility

• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your KM777 account password and login details. Do not share your login information with anyone.
• Any activity that occurs within your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have reported an account compromise to the km777 support team as soon as possible.

• You are responsible for keeping your account information (including phone number and email) up to date so that OTP verification and important communications can be delivered correctly.
• Selling, transferring, or gifting your KM777 account to another party is prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of your balance.
• KM777 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other channel. If you receive such a request, it is a phishing attempt. Report it to our support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

• All deposits must be made through valid payment methods accepted by km777, including FPX, local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay, and Boost.
• The minimum deposit is RM 20, and the maximum depends on the chosen payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account held under the same name as the km777 account registration name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• KM777 processes withdrawals within 5–15 minutes for most payment methods once verification is received.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your membership tier and the payment method used.
• Funds in your KM777 account must come from legitimate sources. KM777 cooperates fully with authorities in any investigation related to money laundering.
• Every withdrawal is subject to standard security checks. Withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 24 business hours.
• KM777 does not charge for withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees beyond our control.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions at km777 are subject to the following specific terms. Non-compliance may result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated wins.

• Every bonus received must meet the stated wagering requirement before any wins derived from that bonus are eligible for withdrawal.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per internet connection (IP address).
• Each promotion has a stated expiry date. Unused bonuses that are not claimed before the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• Strategically exploiting bonuses to transfer value without genuine play intent, known as "bonus abuse", is prohibited and may result in account termination.

• If KM777 detects abnormal betting patterns during bonus use — such as opposing bets or clearly low-risk wagering — KM777 reserves the right to void the bonus and decline the associated withdrawal request.
• Free spin bonuses received as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum bet value limit during use, as stated in the relevant promotion terms.

5 General Game Rules

• All games at km777 use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system certified by an independent body. All game outcomes are final.
• Any technical issues occurring during a game session that affect the outcome will be resolved based on km777's system records, which are the official and final authority.
• The use of automated software ("bots"), artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party programs that interact with the km777 platform is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface and must be observed at all times.
• For Live Casino games, players must follow dealer instructions and table rules. Inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the table.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or inconsistencies in the gaming system must be reported to km777. Misuse of such vulnerabilities will result in account termination and fund recovery.

6 Player Conduct & Ethics

• Players must interact with fellow players and km777 staff with full respect and courtesy, especially in bingo rooms, live games, and customer support channels.
• Profanity, threats, discrimination, or harassment across any platform communication channel is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• Any attempt to collude, communicate illicitly, or commit fraud with other players in live casino games or multiplayer games is a serious violation.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their gaming activity does not violate any local laws applicable in their location.
• KM777 encourages all players to use the responsible gaming control tools available on the platform, including deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options.

7 Account Closure, Suspension & Termination

• Players may request to close their own account at any time by contacting the km777 support team. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once the review is complete.
• KM777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of involvement in fraud, bonus abuse, illegal activity, or violations of these terms without prior notice.
• Accounts terminated due to a terms violation are not entitled to any refund of unused deposits, subject to the outcome of the investigation.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly management fee as specified in the KM777 inactive account policy.
• Players who have voluntarily applied for self-exclusion may not reopen their account within the designated period. Requests to withdraw self-exclusion before the period ends will not be entertained.

9 KM777 Liability Limits

• KM777 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of your own gaming activity on the platform.

• KM777 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.
• All disputes relating to wins or game outcomes must be reported to the km777 support team within 7 days of the incident. Late disputes may not be resolvable.
• This agreement is governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to an arbitration body designated by km777.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• KM777 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time as deemed necessary.
• Players will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email address, at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
• The date these Terms and Conditions were last updated will always be displayed at the top of this document for your reference.
• Continued use of the km777 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with any changes to the terms, you have the right to close your account before the effective date. Please contact KM777 support to initiate the account closure process.
